Featured Recipe: Scorching Sriracha Cauliflower Wings (Vegan, Gluten Free)
Turn up the heat with these finger lickin’ cauliflower wings and gain the benefits of fiber, antioxidants and carbohydrate energy!

Ingredients
Wings
- 2 Large Heads Organic Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp "Sarafino" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Batter
- 2 Cups Organic Chickpea Flour
- 1 tsp “Frontier” Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp “Frontier” Onion Powder
- Sea Salt to taste
- 0.125 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 Bottle “Organicville” Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 6 tbsp “Simply Natural” Organic Red Sriracha
Instructions
- Pre heat your oven to 350F.
- Break up your cauliflower into desired size pieces, toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes and allow to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the batter ingredients and dip each of the roasted cauliflower pieces into it.
- Place back onto the parchment lined baking sheet and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients and once finished baking, coat all of your cauliflower wings.
- Enjoy with a side of sliced carrots and your favorite ranch dip.
