Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Organic White Basmati Rice
- 1 Can “Thai Kitchen” Organic Coconut Milk (400mL)
- 3 Cups “So Delicious” Coconut Beverage
- 0.25 Cup Coconut Butter
- 0.25 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 0.5 tbsp "Simply Organic" Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
- 0.25 Cup Toasted Shaved Organic Coconut
Instructions
- Combine everything but shaved coconut in a covered pot and simmer on low for 60 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
- Top with shaved coconut and serve warm or cold.
