Ingredients
- 1.5 Cup Frozen Organic Edamame
- 0.5 Cup Frozen Organic Green Peas
- 0.5 Cup Fresh Organic Dill
- 0.5 Cup Organic Onions (Diced)
- 0.5 Cup Organic Garlic (Minced)
- 0.5 Block “Morinaga” Soft Silken Tofu
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp “Eden” Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp "Sarafino" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt (To Taste)
- Black Pepper (To Taste)
- Organic Non-GMO Corn Chips of Choice
Instructions
- Combine everything but corn chips in a food processor until you reach your preferred consistency. Serve with your favourite corn chips or cucumber slices.
