Natural Jelly Fruit Snacks (Gelatin Free, Vegan)
Homemade jelly fruit snacks are a fun way to get your kid involved! Whether you play with different colours or fun shapes, the result is delicious!
Servings: 8 Kids
Ingredients
Apricot:
- 1 Cup Apricot Juice
- ¼ Cup “Crofter’s” Apricot Jelly
- 1 1/2 tbsp Agar Agar Powder
Strawberry:
- 1 Cup Carbonated Natural Strawberry Drink
- 1/4 Cup Strawberry Jam
- 1 1/2 tbsp Agar Agar Powder
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the apricot jelly ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes while whisking. Repeat in a separate saucepan for the strawberry jellies.
- Pour into a plastic wrap lined dish or silicon mould and allow to set in a refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
- Optionally roll into raw sugar and enjoy!
