Immune All-Greens Juice

Makes 12oz

Freshly juiced greens with the addition of ginger and garlic are sure to help keep your immune system working optimally this cold and flu season.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cucumber
  • 4 Stock Celery
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2” Ginger Piece
  • 4 Parsley Sprigs
  • ½ Lemon (With Rind)
  • 2 Large Kale Leaves
  • 1 Big Spinach Handful

 Directions:

  1. Juice garlic, ginger, lemon and greens
  2. Finish by juicing cucumber and celery
