This smoothie version of a popular dessert classic will leave your sweet tooth satisfied while providing you with some key nutrients and antioxidants!

Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 Large Pink Lady Apple
- 1 Cup Mango (Frozen)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened “Natura” Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp “Artisana” Almond Butter
- 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp “Frontier” Ginger Powder
- 1 tbsp “Northern Harmony” Organic Maple Syrup
Crumble
- 0.5 Cup Pecans
- 2 tbsp “Now” Flax Seed Meal
- 2 tbsp “Northern Harmony” Organic Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth.
- In a food processor combine all of the crumble ingredients and add on top of your smoothie before serving.
