- 1 tbsp “Clef Des Champs” Sage
- 2 Bags “Triple Leaf” American Ginseng Tea
- 4 Sticks “Frontier” Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Organic Premium Green Tea
- 2” Thumb Ginger (Sliced)
- 6 Cups Water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients with 6 cups of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Strain with a fine mesh strainer and enjoy any time of day - on its own or sweetened with your sweetener of choice.
