Featured Recipe: Chocolate Matcha Almond Fudge Bites (Vegan)
Decadent and velvety smooth, these dairy-free and vegan bites are dusted with matcha and packed with roasted almonds, offering a rich source of immune-boosting Vitamin E and manganese!

Ingredients
- 3 Cups “Enjoy Life” Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp “Frontier” Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 Cup Roasted Almonds (Whole)
- 1 Cup Roasted Almonds (Chopped)
- 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 0.5 Cup “Almond Breeze” Vanilla Almond Beverage
Instructions
- In a double boiler melt your chocolate chips and add vanilla, sea salt and almond breeze.
- Combine melted chocolate with 1 cup of whole almonds and spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Top with an even sprinkling of chopped almonds and allow to set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Using a mesh tea strainer/colander, evenly sprinkle matcha powder, cut into squares and enjoy!
