Featured Recipe: Chocolate Zebra Mousse in a Jar
This decadent dessert is practically guilt free, containing healthy fats, antioxidants and magnesium from raw cacao!

Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
- 2 Avocados (Medium)
- 0.75 Cup “Mum’s Original” Raw Cacao Powder
- 0.33 Cup "Madhava" Raw Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp “Frontier” Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 Cup Unsweetened “Natura” Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp "Nutiva" Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Melted)
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Coconut Layer
- 1 Can “Thai Kitchen” Organic Coconut Milk (400 mL - Separated fat part only)
- 0.25 Cup “Lundberg” Organic Brown Rice Syrup
- 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp "Nutiva" Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Melted)
Topping
- 2 tbsp “Mum’s Original” Cacao Nibs
- 3 tbsp Shaved Coconut
Instructions
- Combine all of the “Chocolate Layer” ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk in all of the “Coconut Layer” ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop each of the layers into a mason jar, alternating between chocolate and coconut.
- Allow it to set in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
- Top with cacao nibs and shaved coconut and enjoy as a decadent yet healthy dessert after an active day!
