Freshly juiced greens with the addition of ginger and garlic are sure to help keep your immune system working optimally this cold and flu season.
Ingredients:
- ½ Cucumber
- 4 Stock Celery
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2” Ginger Piece
- 4 Parsley Sprigs
- ½ Lemon (With Rind)
- 2 Large Kale Leaves
- 1 Big Spinach Handful
Directions:
- Juice garlic, ginger, lemon and greens
- Finish by juicing cucumber and celery
