Featured Recipe: Maple Candied Walnuts
These candied walnuts are a tasty and nutritious snack any time of day and make a great salad topper!
Servings: 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Organic Walnuts
- 3 tbsp “Northern Harmony” Organic Maple Syrup
- 0.5 tsp “Frontier” Garlic Granules
- 1 tsp “Frontier” Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Over medium heat, toast the walnuts for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Transfer walnuts into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and toss well.
- Place onto a parchment lined baking tray and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy on top of salads or as a simple snack any time of day.
