A perfect dessert for peanut butter lovers that’s refreshing and loaded with health promoting fats, completely dairy free and gluten free!

Ingredients
- 1.5 Cup Peanut Butter (Peanuts Only)
- 0.25 Cup Maca Powder
- 2 Cans “Everland” Organic Coconut Milk (400mL/ea)
- 1 Cup “Maison D’Orphee Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Melted)
- 1 Cup “Canadian Heritage Organics” Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour into a rectangular, freezer safe glass dish and freeze overnight.
- Cut and decorate with a dusting of maca and chopped roasted peanuts.
